This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and retain personal information when you visit d3creative.live or another webpage that links to this policy, request an event estimate, contact us about a project, express interest in freelance crew opportunities, or otherwise interact with us through the website (collectively, the "Site").

This Policy applies to Site-related information. It does not replace privacy terms in a separate client, contractor, employee, rental, or services agreement, and it does not apply to third-party websites or services that have their own privacy policies.

Depending on how you use the Site, we may collect:

Communications and records, including messages, form responses, requests, feedback, call notes, and information you provide during follow-up communications.

Transaction and business information if an inquiry becomes an engagement, such as proposal, contract, invoice, payment-status, tax, insurance, and project-administration records. Payment-card details may be collected directly by a payment processor rather than D3 Creative.

Any other information you choose to provide. Please do not send Social Security numbers, financial-account credentials, passport numbers, medical information, or other highly sensitive information unless we specifically request it through an appropriate secure process.
